Dorye Brown is an interior designer who serves clients in the Metropolitan & Westchester County area.  She specializes in blending luxe materials to create dramatic, classic, & timeless interiors.  

 

Dorye subtly layers color, texture, pattern & lighting upon a neutral palette.  

She takes particular care in weaving clients' keepsakes and treasured collections into personal, comfortable, unique environments created for each home.

Dorye started her career in the mid-1990s at a Potomac, Maryland based Interior Design firm.  

In 2000, she worked at Holly Hunt; a high-end, to-the-trade showroom, based in Manhattan. 

 

At Holly Hunt, she was able to broaden her knowledge of the finest textiles, leathers, wall coverings, & transitional and contemporary furniture.  

Dorye started her own residential interior design business in 2009.

Dorye studied Interior Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
